For nearly five decades, Nathan Halegua has owned and operated a private real estate investment firm in New York City. An experienced investor, Nathan Halegua has extensive knowledge of both commercial and residential real estate.
Mr. Halegua specializes in real estate acquisition and development. He is also skilled in real estate management, financing, leasing, and the supervision of both commercial and residential real estate. His other professional interests include real estate investment syndication, upgrading to green technology, and acquiring properties outside the New York metro area.
Mr. Halegua is a board member of the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America, and organization that works to improve care for those with dementia, and to find a cure for the ailment. He also sits on the Board of Jewish Studies at Queens College.
Mr. Halegua has a bachelor’s degree from Queens College and a master’s degree from Michigan State University. His personal interests include traveling, fine dining, Mediterranean cuisine, and fine wine. He currently resides in New York City, New York.
